We just completed renovation on our kitchen. Rockfab did a fantastic job. They installed granite, new pantries, new island, undermount sink, cabinet lighting, faucet and crown molding. I worked closely with Elissa and now think of her as family. She was great to work with and she made sure along the way that I was happy and satisfied. I changed my mind a couple times in the beginning and she never rushed me or lost her patience. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. From Elissa, Jimmy, all the sales staff, installers and everyone I have been in contact with, they have all been top notch professionals. I am ready to start another project and Rockfab will certainly be doing it.

Let me just tell you my experience with this FABULOUS establishment.. When walking in I was greeted immediately! The fella was super nice and friendly! The place was spotless with so much selection! I mean, did you see the granite show room? The selections of flooring, backsplash options, and cabinetry was mind blowing! The owner and his wife were so friendly and amazing! Willing to make sure I get exactly what I want! Once I close a deal on a house they will be having to travel to my home in WV to get my house up to standard!

We had a great experience with Rockfab. We purchased granite countertops and a new sink. They were very helpful through the whole process and super knowledgeable about all aspects of our project. Our only issue was the timeline set at the beginning. Due to vacations the installation was pushed out about 2 weeks from the original expectation set. Everything else went smoothly and just as scheduled. I would definitely recommend Rockfab and will use them for future projects.

Great great deal on local grass/silage feed beef. One pound 95/5 for $5. Will update after we grill.Update: The burger was real clean, as expected. (Clean meaning no discoloration due to some preservative process.) Grilled up nicely and tasted great.Look forward to trying the steaks. This is a definite go to spot for local meat.

My husband and I fell in love with a stone in the Rockfab showroom. Once we saw it, we knew that we didn't want any other stone. We found out that what we saw was the last slab and it had been sold. We were so bummed and had trouble even looking at anything else. We searched a few other granite stores around Roanoke and Lynchburg, but really couldn't find anything that compared. During our search, the Rockfab sales team was in consent communication with us trying to fit our needs. We finally got the call from them that they finished the job of the original slab that we loved and they were able to cut so that there was enough remaining to do our job!! We were ecstatic!!! We had the counters installed and everything looks wonderful. I am so impressed that they never gave up on us after seeing how much we really loved our piece. We are so happy with the work that they did. Our kitchen looks amazing!!

We found them online, they were open on Sunday and made an appointment. From the time we got there they were very accommodating. They aim to please! They have a large selection and are very knowledgeable about their products. They are detailed in their slab layouts and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the layout. They worked with our time frame and were very prompt with the measuring and installation. Easy to talk to and fit and finish spot on.

When I started looking for countertop material, I did not think that I would want to purchase granite as I assumed it would be very expensive. I was pleasantly surprised to discover several selections in a lower price range, and ended up choosing a unique stone for $49/square foot. Even better, this price included measuring for the template and installation. If price had been no object, I think I would have still picked this particular stone. My salesperson did not try to push me towards higher-priced selections but really listened to what I wanted. Everything happened even more quickly than promised, and from selection to installation took about one month. I live out-of-the-area so this was a welcome surprise. The installers did a great job, but they gave credit to the template makers and the shop as well. It was hard to match the color of the stone for the seam but the installer spent at least 45 minutes getting it right. The stones in the outside discount area were fun to look at also, and I almost wish I had another place in my house to install granite from Rockfab.

The granite selections at Rockfab are incredible! It took me several trips to find exactly the pattern to work with my partial kitchen redo; but every morning, I say to myself, "This is soo beautiful!" (-:=Elissa was very patient throughout my "selection journey!" Karen skillfully understood my taste and spending limits, while Bear, in the shop, possessed an artistic eye and wry humor! Friends ask why I go "all the way to Roanoke" for granite, but the process and results speak for themselves!

We are completely happy with our new countertops to update an older kitchen. The decision to keep the existing cabinets (and save a bunch of $$$$) was justified by the countertops - all attention is to them. All the personnel were great to work with, courteous, and accommodating. Patti, our design consultant, was most helpful and patient as we vacillated through the choices of granite. When looking for a countertop to replace the laminate one we had we looked at some of the local box stores but just didn't find what we liked. My wife said 'lets go to Rockfab in Roanoke and see what they have' we really had no idea they had such a large selection of slabs to look at /choose from. Patricia was awesome , showed us around , we found the perfect match for our kitchen countertop and Rockfab did a fantastic job of showing us the layout, the install went great , and we are enjoying the end result , wish I had a picture but have to finish the backsplash yet!!

I was so impressed with my RockFab experience from the moment we entered the door. Josh was our associate and he was patient, kind, friendly, & very helpful. The granite is absolutely gorgeous! He walked us through the selection process twice because I could not make up my mind. They have SO many slabs to choose from! The slabs were beautifully cut & installed. The seam in unnoticeable. We are now in love with our kitchen! The cost of the granite we chose was very reasonable. I was surprised to learn they have many affordable options. I highly recommend RockFab for any granite countertop.

No matter where you go in the Roanoke Valley to get granite countertops you are going to pay a significant amount of money so it is nice to find a shop that truly acts like they are glad you picked them!We did the research and visited everyone in the valley, most twice and every time we were impressed with Rockfab. Their selection was like no other and 90% of the slabs are indoors so weather is no reason to put off shopping. Selection, design, layout and scheduling were spot on!Last, but not least, there is Jenifer! Amazing salesperson that involved herself with every step. There was no talk to him for cutting, talk to her for scheduling, every question I had went through Jenifer. She checked everything twice and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with every part of the process!No matter where you go you are going to spend a great deal of money for granite countertops so you should take the time to find a place that makes you feel relaxed with your decision and really make you feel that THEY care how your money is spent!

Rockfab installed granite countertops and a new sink in my kitchen. Upon entering the store, I met Dan, who became my salesman. He worked with me, was very patient and answered my every question to be sure I was completely satisfied. Tanya, in installation, was very prompt in scheduling the installation and when there was a small glitch in the installation, (the soap dispenser hole was not drilled) she immediately scheduled the installers to return to fix it. The owner even called to apologize that this had not been done on the initial installation. I was 100% satisfied from start to finish. My reason for choosing Rockfab was the excellent work they had done for my friend when she was remodeling her kitchen.

My wife decided that we needed new counter tops. We did like most people do, went to the Big Box stores in Lynchburg. Did not like the selection or the thought of buying something sight unseen and I thought they were too pricey. Took a ride to Roanoke to Rockfab Kitchen in Bath. Should have started here 1st!!! Meet with Kelly (The Best), gave her the rundown of the project. Kelly took us into the warehouse only got to the 3rd slab and that was it. Wife fell in love with it, and now it in our kitchen. Store has a huge selection of everything. We picked our quartz countertops, sink and faucett. A man came and measured for these countertops. A couple of weeks later they came installed these countertops and sink. A truly professional installation we got. Our sales lady called each time they were ready to measure and install. We couldn't be happier with what they did. We have 2 bathrooms that need done. And we will call on them to do those too. We think this company is worth considering, they gave us exactly what we wanted. A beautiful kitchen.

We purchased granite countertops from this business. First the good: Very professional company. Knowledgable staff, high quality store with 100's of granite and stone slabs to choose from in thier indoor showroom. Prices were on the higher side of the market but you usually get what you pay for and I have no compalints.The schedule, although long (10 weeks from purchase to install) was exactly as promised. The countertops are perfect, the install crew did a gret job. Now the bad: I have 1 significant complaint. Thier policy is to require 100% payment upon signing of the contract. I was shocked when this was explained to me and came very close to walking out. I have never encountered a company in any industry asking for full payment for a good or service to be delivered at a future date. 50% is standard. That way both the purchaser and seller have a vested interest in seeing the contract through to fullfillment. In this case, I was powerless and completely exposed to any misfortune that could have befallen the contractor. Fire, covid, sickness or death of the owner or a key employee etc. would have left me with 0 leverage to try to get the contractor to complete the agreement in a timely manner. Again, thankfully, none of these things happened and I'm very satisfied with the outcome, but I think this is an unethical policy.

Our experience with Rockfab has been nothing short of impressive. The first time we stepped in the showroom, we were blown away. I was having a hard time picking a countertop that I liked, but they had one that I fell in love with (within my price range!)After talking with Shayne, we were financed, and scheduled for measuring. Two weeks later we had our beautiful "Glacier White" countertops installed by the nicest guys. We live in Richmond and were referred to Rockfab for our out of town project - we are so glad to have heard of Rockfab and couldn't have been any happier with our entire experience. We popped in with no appointment on a Saturday and received a warm welcome as we entered the showroom...we had many associates offer to help us and fortunately we were able to make a nice countertop selection for our kitchen renovation. The processes, scheduling and installation all went very well and the communications were excellent throughout the entire project. Rockfab was a great place to work with. All of their staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of stone is top-notch. My husband and I are remodeling a house and enjoyed actually seeing full slabs of material when making a decision for our kitchen countertop. We took one of our cabinet doors and a piece of our flooring with us into the showroom to get a sense of how everything would look together. We had priced a granite counter top through Lowes and Rockfab save us over $1000 in comparison. They have great specials and saving. We were able to find a slap that we loved which came with a free stainless steel sink.Rockfab was extremely quick with being able to come out to measure for cutting the counter top. In fact, we actually had to change our laser measurement date as well as our installation date back a couple of weeks due to issues we had during the remodel and they were very understanding and accommodating. Their techs were polite, pleasant, and professional while at our home for the measure and the install. If you live in the New River Valley or the Roanoke Valley, I would highly recommend using Rockfab for your remodel needs.

Rockfab owners took a personal interest in my little kitchen and bathrooms. Elissa guided me patiently through a complicated process, knowing details that I never imagined. Rockfab has the largest gallery of stone anywhere in this region: granite, quartz, quartzite, dolomite , limestone and sandstone. Sales staff know what selection works in particular spaces. This mattered to me because I didn’t know! I got a bit of an education through the process of updating and modernizing my home. Elissa helped me stay within my budget and end up with beautiful remodels. I’ve had Rockfab remodel two kitchens, one where I live and one in a small rental property. I appreciated that Elissa knew how to help me plan a kitchen I can grow old using. She understands my neighborhood and coached me with a remodel that matches the value where I live. Her sales staff is courteous and helpful. Morgan and Kelly greet me by name and I have felt welcome in the store. Also, her crew of installers know what they’re supposed to do and do it. I have two more smaller projects that I want the people at Rockfab to help me complete. I can confidently recommend this business.

We recently bought a slab of granite for our half-bath which we were remodeling. The saleswoman took us to the lot that had the extra slabs to choose from. Although the choices were overwhelming, the saleswoman made it effortless with her knowledge of the product. The install process was also top-knotch!

I am very pleased with my experience with RockFab. I have used them in the past so decidedly wanted to use them again for a bathroom and kitchen update. Everything that they said they were going to do they did. They were friendly from the time I walked in all the way until the day of install. There were some minor adjustments but nothing major to cause heartburn or discomfort over. I would use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you for your professionalism and patience.

Everyone was really nice and helpful and the granite looks beautiful. I would have given 5 stars, but we felt they could've done a better job with the caulk. My husband had to go back over what they did around the sink because there were gaps in between the sink bowl and granite. And I've already noticed some gaps in the seams between the side and back splash.

Our experience with Rockfab over the past few months was very good. We love our granite countertops and want to recognize the templating and installation crews for being very professional at what they do. Seams are almost invisible, veins/motion in the various pieces lined up with other pieces well, communicated with us all during the process and YES showed up when they said they would. Thanks for a job well done.
